The St. Catharines Public Library Board is entrusted with the authority and duty to establish policies related to the provision and development of public library services to the citizens of St. Catharines and to the operational management of the St. Catharines Public Library under the Public Libraries Act, R.S.O. 1990 and Municipal By-Law #85-432.
