Membership
A library card is available free of charge to those who reside or own property in the City of St. Catharines. You can obtain a card at any library branch. You will need to show two pieces of identification, one of which must include a current address. A library card is available for non-residents for an annual fee of $33.00.
Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the Library immediately. The replacement fee for a lost card is $4.00 for an adult card and $2.00 for a child's card.
