Contest Rules

1. Contest is open to St. Catharines residents between the ages of 12 and 18
2. Photographs must be submitted between April 1, 2009 and July 31, 2009 at 5:00pm
3. All submissions MUST be your own work
4. Digital Photographs cannot exceed 5MB.
5. Only one photo per person may be entered.
6. PEOPLE CANNOT BE PRESENT IN THE PHOTOGRAPH!
